He pointed out where the trilliums pop up in the spring and we watched a beaver who didn’t know he was being watched. We’re lucky to have someone like Kai running for County Commissioner. He is thoughtful and intelligent. He has worked in the county system and understands how government can succeed. Kai wants the best for the people of Frederick County and he is willing to share his vision and abilities with us to assure that we have the leadership we deserve. Kai has coached our daughter's soccer team for the past few seasons. I know first-hand that he's a great coach and a great person. He genuinely cares about our kids. And he cares about Frederick County. I also know that Kai is deeply committed to sensible and responsible growth. That is one issue that should unite us all, regardless of political party.
