DIRECTIONS: The C. Burr Artz Public Library is located in downtown Frederick at 100 E. Patrick Street, between East St. and Market St. Parking is available on-site in one of downtown Frederick's parking garages. Parking is FREE for up to two hours if your parking ticket is validated at the library's front desk. Parking is $1.00 (even if you have a validated ticket), if you exit the garage past 9:00pm.
