Urbana's "Meet the Candidate Night"
Location: The Urbana Fire Hall on Rt. 355
WHAT: The Urbana Civic Assocation will be hosting a "Meet the Candidates Night" on August 16th, 7:00-9:00pm, at the Urbana Fire Hall. This will be an open, public meeting to allow Frederick County residents an opportunity to meet candidates for office before the primary election. The UCA will also be offering Voter Registration that night.
Please mark your calendars and plan to attend!
DIRECTIONS: From Frederick, take Rt. 355 south towards Urbana. After crossing over the Monocacy River, you will continue on Rt. 355 through some moderately populated wooded and rural areas. You'll be nearing the fire hall when you see more densely populated subdivisions off to your left. The Fire Hall will be on your right, just before the elementary school. If you get to the traffic light at the intersection of Rt. 355 and Rt. 80 then you've gone too far.
