In the Streets Parade
Location: Market Street Parade
WHAT: Kai will campaign along the parade route of the In The Streets Parade. The organizers of this event only allow incumbents to actually participate in the official parade. As such, Kai will be joined by volunteers BEFORE the parade begins and will walk the parade route as folks are lining up in anticipation of the official event.
WHEN: Saturday, October 7th, 10am-11:30am
WHERE: The parade route begins at T.J. High School (N. Market Street) and heads south on Market St. into downtown Frederick, ending at Church Street.
